Harmony Permanency Specialists are responsible for the full guardianship permanency work for the Department of Children’s Services in the Mid-Cumberland and Davidson regions. With this contract, Harmony staff are responsible for the work formerly completed by DCS Permanency staff including completing the adoption process for youth in full guardianship. Additionally, Harmony’s Permanency Specialists provide recruitment activities for youth who are not in an identified pre-adoptive home.
